Shipping & Returns
- No Refunds – We do not provide refunds under any circumstances.
- No Return / Exchange – Returns and exchanges are not accepted unless the product is received in a damaged condition.
- Damaged Product – If you receive a damaged item, you must:
- Share a full unboxing video (from opening the sealed parcel till the product is shown) without any cuts or edits.
- Provide clear pictures of the parcel and the damaged product within 24 hours of delivery.
- Exchange Process (Only for Damaged Products) – Once verified:
- The damaged item must be shipped back within 1–2 days of delivery.
- We will exchange it with the same or a similar product of equal value.
- Important Notes –
- Without the unboxing video and pictures, claims for damage cannot be processed.
- Slight variations in color, design, or finish are natural in handcrafted products and not considered defects.
- Return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer unless agreed otherwise.
