Shipping & Returns


  1. No Refunds – We do not provide refunds under any circumstances.
  2. No Return / Exchange – Returns and exchanges are not accepted unless the product is received in a damaged condition.
  3. Damaged Product – If you receive a damaged item, you must:
    • Share a full unboxing video (from opening the sealed parcel till the product is shown) without any cuts or edits.
    • Provide clear pictures of the parcel and the damaged product within 24 hours of delivery.
  4. Exchange Process (Only for Damaged Products) – Once verified:
    • The damaged item must be shipped back within 1–2 days of delivery.
    • We will exchange it with the same or a similar product of equal value.
  5. Important Notes –
    • Without the unboxing video and pictures, claims for damage cannot be processed.
    • Slight variations in color, design, or finish are natural in handcrafted products and not considered defects.
    • Return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer unless agreed otherwise.
